When you have a bad day

No big song intro here. And a short post with an important lesson. There are days you are going to blow it. Off the wagon on your diet, miss a workout, bad day at work or relationally. 

Bad days are normal, but on those days you still can have big victories by just moving forward. Hop on the bike, push pedal.  

You dont need a new sunrise to start new into a commitment. Deep breath, shake it off, back to work.
